How to cancel order?

Log into your account

'Sign In' in the left menu

Go to My Account

My Account - Bottom in the left menu

Click on Order History

Top Right at Dashboard

Click on required order

Find the order you need and click on details

Click on 'Cancel this item'

In field 'Show details'

Specify all the conditions and press 'Submit'

Your request will be processed

You will be notified by e-mail

Check order status

It can be checked in 'Order History' tab
